A download link will be sent via email, normally within the hour, but within 12-24 hours for some third-party products we sell. Most software products require an activation code, which you can request via email (see installation documentation) after payment confirmation from the credit card processor. This usually takes 12-24 hours. For third-party software products sold via this website, you may receive an email with the download link and technical support from them. The current version of our software is only compatible with the current and limited previous versions of AutoCAD® at the time of purchase. Newer versions of AutoCAD® that are released after your initial purchase would require you to purchase an upgrade for use in the newer version of AutoCAD®. The software license is a perpetual software license that allows you to use the specific version of the SoftDraft software program you purchased continually with no additional payments within the same specific versions of AutoCAD®. However, newer versions of AutoCAD® will require an upgrade version of our software, which must be purchased separately. A One-Year Support Subscription is also available at an additional cost and includes tech support via email and any additional software upgrades during the subscription period.
Is there a free trial?
We do not offer a free trial version of any of our software or our Apps. Some products may have a video demo on the product page.
