SoftDraft LLC Refund Policy

At SoftDraft LLC, we strive to provide high-quality CAD software tools to enhance your design productivity. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, because our products are digital software delivered electronically, we offer a limited refund policy as outlined below.
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- Technical Issues:
If the software fails to function as described, and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 7 business days, you may be eligible for a refund. - Duplicate Purchases:
If you accidentally purchased the same product more than once, we will refund the duplicate charge(s). - Non-Delivery:
If you do not receive the product download within 48 hours after payment, and our support team is unable to provide it upon request, a refund may be issued. - Incompatibility:
If the product is not compatible with your version of AutoCAD (or other supported CAD platforms) and this incompatibility was not clearly stated on the product page, you may be eligible for a refund.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- You purchased the software but decided not to use it.
- You misunderstood the product’s purpose or features (please read product descriptions carefully).
- You do not have the necessary software (e.g., AutoCAD, BricsCAD, etc.) to run the application.
- You request a refund more than 14 days after the date of purchase.
How to Request a Refund

- Order number or receipt.
- Reason for the refund request.
- Description of the issue and steps you’ve taken to resolve it.
Processing Time
If your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days. The funds will be returned to your original method of payment.
