AutoCAD® 2012-2013 Compatibility
All versions of AutoCAD 2012 and 2013, including the Desktop versions, which include an autoloader feature to load the software directly from within AutoCAD. If you are using one of these versions of AutoCAD you can download the software directly from the Autodesk Exchange Apps Store below:
Installation:
After downloading the App, execute the installer for this plug-in to automatically install it in AutoCAD. You may need to restart AutoCAD to activate the plug-in.
General Usage Instructions:
The Ribbon Toolbar contains six commands:
Command: QNOTES
Main Quick Notes dialog user selects note category then the note and various options for the leader.
Command: LT
Leader Text. Add leader line starting from the note.
Command: LA
Leader Arrow. Add leader line from the arrow starting point.
Command: DDEDIT
Exit an existing note using the DDEDIT command.
Command: MTEXT
Add Mtext note to drawing.
Command: (startapp “notepad” QN_FNAME)
Using Notepad, edits the current Master Note file.
